When can I request a payout?
The following withdrawal request conditions apply in every case:
- For all withdrawals under £10 you will be charged a £1 processing fee. For any other withdrawals over £10 there are no processing fees.
- For winnings to be paid out the player must have made at least one deposit prior to winnings, i.e. it is not possible to cash out winnings that result from promotional bonuses prior to making the first deposit.
- In general, all withdrawal requests are subject to the condition that the player must have made at least one deposit prior to winnings. If this is not the case, the withdrawal request will be cancelled and the balance will be returned to the player's account as a bonus, with a limit of up to £50 bonus. Winnings derived from free money, such as "Bonus", cannot be cashed out at all.
- As soon as the client requests a payout, the system will remove any unqualified bonuses they may have on their account.
- Withdrawal requests are limited to one per day and per payout period. The payout period is 2 business days after the date of the request. This means the process day is the 2nd business day after the payout request and only one withdrawal will be approved within this period. The payout period can be longer if the player is required to send documentation, in this case the payout period ends with the approval of the pending withdrawal request. Please note, this does not mean that the client will receive the payout amount on the second business day as the payout method used determines how long the payment will take to be received.
- Clients can cancel, totally or partially, their withdrawal request whilst the payout is pending. If the payout request has been completely cancelled (i.e.: all the funds were redeposited into the client's account) the withdrawal request will appear as completed.
- By default, payouts will be refunded through the same payment method used by the customer to deposit (Neteller, Moneybookers, click2pay, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro (formerly known as Switch) Solo and Visa Delta). Clients, who have used Mastercard exclusively as their payment method will be, by default, paid out by cheque sent to the registered home address.
- Due to banking rules and postal processes, cheques will be dispatched to the customer up to 7 working days after the request has been approved and processed.
- For security reasons, customers who deposited during the last 6 months via MASTERCARD or via cards which are not valid any more (for any reason) will be asked to send us some personal documentation before we can process the withdrawal request. Please note that this can delay the processing of your payout request, and we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
- Customers who require having their funds paid to a Maestro or Solo card will need to provide the start date and issue number before the payment can be processed. Evidence of this information may need to be provided in the form of a copy of the front of the card itself. Please note that customers who are required to produce said evidence may also need to provide proof of address and ID.
- Bingos.co.uk reserves the right to request personal documentation in the following cases:
- Where deposits or withdrawals have reached a level of £1,000.00 accumulatively
- When the cardholder name or e-wallet account beneficiary does not match the Bingos account holder.
- The account holder shows any behaviour that may indicate money laundering or bonus abuse - Should there be a problem related to the processing of the payout request (ie, expired cards, disabled cards, security issues, etc…) a bank wire transfer may be offered for amounts equal and higher than £500. For wire transfers less than £1,000 a fee of £35 is charged.
- Bingos.co.uk retain the right to limit any payouts derived from winnings that have been generated by wagering promotional bonuses (Eg: - In the case of a £5 promotional bonus, the payout derived from winnings generated by this promotional will be limited to £50). Should a progressive jackpot be won by a player who has yet to make their first deposit and is therefore playing with free promotional money, the payout will be limited to £50. The full amount of the progressive jackpot will be restored as soon as technically possible.
- Bingos.co.uk reserve the right to pay withdrawals above £5,000 in installments.
- We recommend the cardholder to print out all transaction data, the rules of the game, the cancellation regulations, and the payment methods in order to avoid misconceptions or problems at a later time and keep these in an easily accessible place.
Bonuses Version 1.1 19/01/2010
What is a Bonus?
A bonus, or BB in short (Bingo Bonus), is free money we award you. You can earn BBs from your deposits (on every single deposit you will get a bonus), as a prize for playing chat games in the chat rooms, as well as for many other promotions. You can use your BBs to play any of the bingos games, but to play the casino games you need to use the Bonus Convertor! More information on that below:-
Here are some more details:
- BBs cannot be cashed out, but winnings from them can.
- The player must have deposited money within the last 30 days
- The bonuses must be qualified before they can be used for playing. In order to have them qualified, you must lose 95% of your funds and the account balance has to be less than £10. No roulette game will contribute to the qualification of the Bonus.
- All deposit related bonuses are subject to Bingos' wagering rules.
- Should any deposit related bonus be credited manually, these will be subject to the wagering rules too. Should the wagering rules not be met, Bingos.co.uk shall be entitled to deduct the manually credited deposit bonus at anytime.
How much Bonus am I eligible to receive for each deposit?
Every single time you fund your account Bingos.co.uk grants you a specific deposit bonus (BBs) based on your loyalty level. The table below shows you how much bonus you will get on every deposit. In each case, it shows the example of making a GBP100 deposit.

N.B. (The small print - there's no catches, don't worry!) * Newbie Members will be granted a 100% bonus for their first deposit only. Second deposits will be granted a 25% bonus. ** Newbie members who receive a promotional registration bonus automatically become Bronze Members and so are not eligible for the 100% deposit bonus on their first deposit.
Can I use the bonus money on all the games
You can use the BBs on online bingo games. However, you cannot use it on the casino games or TV bingo. If you want to use bonuses on the casino games or TV bingo then you will need to use the Bonus Converter. You can convert BBs into cash, which can then be used on the casino games and TV bingo.

Although the bonus system may seem a little confusing at first, it’s actually very simple to understand once you start playing (Really!). However, please do not hesitate to ask support@bingos.co.uk. We can call you back if you like, explain it and answer any questions you might have.
What is the Bonus Convertor?
The Bonus Convertor allows you to convert your bonus money into cash. You can then use this cash to play on any game you chose including all the casino games. The conversion of bonus to cash is set at 10% of the bonus amount however from time to time this is increased as a special promotion -keep an eye on the weekly newsletters for more information.
Here’s how it works:
- You receive the same loyalty levels and bonuses.
- These bonuses are qualified in the casino games & bingo. No change to the current rules.
- The bonus money cannot however, be spent on the casino games. When you try, your balance will appear as 0. If you go to bingo, your balance will show your bonus amount, which can be freely spent.
- Bonus money can still be used on bingo games, with no change to the current rules.
- For casino games, players can convert the bonus money into cash and then spend it on the casino games. The conversion is at 10% of the value of the bonus.
- For successful conversion, no cash balance or payout request can exist at that time.
- To convert bonus to cash, go to a new page on the site where you can see your bonus balance. You will also be able to see the "Bonus Convertor " available.
- The money converts to "cash" - you can withdraw it if you like, you can spend it on any game, all the casino games or on bingo.
Example:
I deposit £100 through VISA.
I am a platinum member and receive 125% bonus.
My balance is now £225
I play slots - my balance shows as £100.
I lose 95%.
My balance is now £5.
My bonus qualifies.
I have two options now - go and play bingo, where i can spend £125 bonus money - with the usual bonus rules. Or I go to bonus conversion page and change my 125 Bonus money to £12.50 cash. With my £12.50, I can do whatever I want £ play slots, bingo, blackjack, roulette, withdraw (if I had enough).

Game Play
How can I trust the games to be fair?
We cannot set or influence in any way the results of our games. We use one of the most sophisticated random number generators (RNG) in the world. Our software provider (Parlay Entertainment www.parlaygroup.com) ensures that every single game is truly random. It’s your assurance of absolute fairness, honesty and clarity. It’s impossible for us to change any of the RNGs involved in the games. Even if we even had the facility to do that we would be in breach of our License.
What happens if I lose connection during a game?
For absolute fairness, if you become disconnected during a game, the game will be played out on the casino's servers. Your balance will automatically be adjusted whether you win or lose.
How many bingo halls are being offered?
Bingos.co.uk offers its players different bingo halls: 50p, 25p and 10p, "Tourney" room, "AOL" room, "MSN" room, "The Big One" room, "Free-Roll" room, etc. Each one features a different theme. Just choose the bingo hall you like, or suits you best, and start playing.

What games, apart from bingo, do you offer?
We offer many casino style games in addition to the bingos games. These include slot machines, video poker games, roulette, blackjack, pull tabs and many more. Some further details are shown below:-
Video-poker is just a mixture of poker and slots. The aim is to have a better hand than the system. To start the game, click on the Deal button and the machine will offer you 5 cards. Then decide which ones you will hold. Simply click the cards you would like to keep or on the Hold button under each one. You can deselect them by clicking again. Then click on Deal. If you have a stronger hand than the machine, you'll have won the bet. The pot depends on the money you have wagered.
Slots are similar to the popular Las Vegas slot machines. Slot machines consist of three or more spinning reels with a series of symbols. The aim of the game is to line up three (or more) of the most valuable symbols on these reels on pay lines. Whenever you have one winning combination, you'll win the pot according to the bet you have made. By selecting MAX BET you automatically play for the jackpot. NB: To play for Dead Man's Chest progressive jackpot, minimum bet must be £1.
Pull tabs are very easy to play. The aim is to match the symbols you uncover to the winning combinations on the left hand side. You can uncover the tabs one by one by clicking on each one of the 5 stripes; you can pull all at once (pull-all button) for quick games; you can play the bet twice (2X button), five times (5X button) or ten times (10X). A summary popup will appear to show the winnings and game details. To play again, simply click on the new card button on the left under the winning combination.
