When can I request a payout?

The following withdrawal request conditions apply in every case:

• We do not accept payouts under £9 due to banking reasons.
• For all withdrawals under £30 you will be charged a £5 processing fee. We apologise sincerely for this but this is a charge we receive from our processing company. All the other sites will not even allow you to withdraw amounts under £30.
• For winnings to be paid out, the player must have made at least one deposit prior to winnings, i.e. it is not possible to cash out winnings that result from promotional bonuses prior to having made the first deposit. 
• In general, all withdrawal requests are subject to the condition that the player must have made at least one deposit prior to winnings. If this is not the case, the withdrawal request will be cancelled and the balance will be returned to the player's account as a bonus, with a limit of up to £50 bonus. • By default payouts will be refunded through the same payment method used by the customer to deposit (Neteller, Moneybookers, click2pay, visa, visa electron, Switch, Solo, Delta, Maestro). Clients, who used exclusively Mastercard as payment method, will be, by default, paid out through cheque.
• Due to the banking rules and due to the postal proceeding, cheques will be received by the customer between 3 and 6 weeks after payout approval.
• For security reasons, customers who deposited during the last 6 months via MASTERCARD or via cards which are not valid any more (for any reason) will be asked to send us some personal documentation before we can process the withdrawal request. Notice that this can delay the processing of your payout request, and we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
• The house reserves the right of requesting the above mentioned personal documentation in the following cases:
