Terms of Use - Version no. 1.2 19/01/2010

Bingos.co.uk registered users and players confirm to have read and agreed to the following Terms of Use:

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to the usage of the Games (as defined below) through any of the websites of www.bingos.co.uk, ("Websites") and other URLs belonging to or licensed to Netplay (Malta) Ltd (‘the Company/Us), as may be specified from time to time, and the related enabling Internet, mobile or other platforms by you ("You" or "the Player").

1.2. These T&Cs constitute a binding agreement between You and the Company. By registering with us and by using any of the products offered by Bingos.co.uk, you acknowledge and accept, without any exception, all and each of the Terms & Conditions related to the games stated here and those listed in the relevant FAQ section of the website.

1.3. The Company is a limited liability company incorporated in Malta, and subject to Maltese law, having its registered address at Office 6, Suite A, Embassy Way Ta’ Xbibex XBX1071, Registration number C44004.

1.4. The Company is licensed and regulated in Malta by the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority, licence number LGA/CL1/475/2008 – provisional license issued on the 3 February 2009. The Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority is the regulatory body, supervising the COMPANY.

1.5. These T&Cs come into force as soon as you click on the "ACCEPT" button, by doing which you signify to the Company that you have read these T&Cs and accept them. By using any of the Website you signify that you agree with these T&Cs.

1.6. You must read these T&Cs carefully in their entirety before clicking on the "ACCEPT" button. If you do not agree with any provision of these T&Cs you must not use or continue to use the Websites.

1.7. The Company reserves the right to amend these T&Cs. You fully understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and as may be amended by Us from time to time. Bingos.co.uk may modify or adapt the present Terms & Conditions as well as the relevant FAQs for each game. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly to take notice of any changes we make. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time you visit the Website, unless any change is required to be made by law or governmental authority, in which case it may apply to your previous visits to the Website. Some of the provisions contained in these terms and conditions may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Website. If any amended terms and conditions are unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to close your Account and cease to use the Website. Your continued use of the Website will be deemed binding acceptance of the amendment.

1.8. These T&Cs are published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. It is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between You and the Company and in case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.

2.Bingos.co.uk Terms & Conditions

2.1. The player acknowledges that the aim of Bingos.co.uk’s games and other services is for entertainment purposes. The player’s interest in the games and remaining services must be of a purely personal nature. Any professional interest is discarded and is not protected by these terms & conditions. Bingos.co.uk must be used solely for personal entertainment purposes. The player agrees that it is entirely prohibited to use Bingos.co.uk for any other purpose.

2.2. Bingos.co.uk reserves the right to prevent any player from using Bingos.co.uk’s services at any time, without prior notice, where a player is in breach of the present Terms and Conditions, or those defined for each game or specified in any other section within any Bingos.co.uk website.

3. Legal Age

3.1. In order to be entitled to participate in any of the products offered by Bingos.co.uk it is essential to be of legal age, as stipulated in the player’s jurisdiction of residence.

3.2. In any case, any person below the age of 18 years is not permitted to use any of the products offered by Bingos.co.uk. Play by minors is strictly prohibited, including the use of an account of a registered player of legal age. If for any reason, an underage player manages to open an account and deposit funds, any funds deposited or money won by any such persons shall be forfeited.

4. Legality

4.1. The player expressly states their acknowledgment and understanding of the legality surrounding remote gaming in their country of residence regarding remote gaming, thus declaring that their participation in the games offered by Bingos.co.uk is not limited or prohibited by the relevant government.

4.2. In any case, any player from the United States of America, Northern Ireland, Israel, Estonia, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Philippines, Hong Kong and any other country in which remote gaming is prohibited, is not allowed to use any of the products offered by Bingos.co.uk

5. Registration and Account Use

5.1. The player agrees to provide accurate information to Bingos.co.uk on registration and it is the player’s responsibility to ensure that their personal details are kept up-to-date via our customer service department, especially address, telephone number and payment/bank details. You are hereby notified that the Company carries out verification procedures and Your Member Account may be blocked or closed if You are found to supply false or misleading information.

5.2. You register and participate in the Games on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.

5.3. You are allowed to have only one Member Account. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all accounts you try to open or have opened may be blocked or closed.

5.4. The player shall not create multiple accounts in general and/or refer those accounts one to another with the aim of being credited additional referral bonuses. Should Bingos.co.uk find any player abusing any referral bonus system by undertaking this sort of action, the player’s account balance will be adjusted by removing the cash that has been converted from bonuses.

5.5. As part of the registration process You will have to choose Your username and password for Your login into the Website(s) Once the player has completed their registration via the Bingos.co.uk website, it will be the player’s sole responsibility to use their access keys diligently.

5.6. The player agrees to inform Bingos.co.uk as soon as possible regarding any negative occurrence with their access keys, i.e.: loss thereof, misappropriation, theft, etc, in order for Bingos.co.uk to proceed with deactivating the player’s account. In the case of any misuse of a player’s access keys for any reason Bingos.co.uk suggests two possible solutions to be undertaken by the player in order to correct the situation:
- Replacement of the player's access keys by requesting a new key to be allocated by the Customer Care team; or
- Enter an incorrect access key three times in a row on the website, thereby automatically blocking the account.

5.7. The player is strictly prohibited to allow any third party to use his/her account. Bingos.co.uk will in no case be liable for the use or misuse of the player’s account by any third party.

5.8. The player is strictly prohibited from using any software programs which make decisions or take actions on behalf of the player in games, such as bots.

5.9. The player is strictly prohibited from transferring funds to another player.

5.10. Credit balances in Your Account will not bear interest. Netplay and its products and services are NOT a financial institution. It is forbidden to treat these services as a financial institution.  Netplay will pay no interest on any sums left on deposit in your account.

5.11. Certain games may contain a chat room. Should you play in one of these games, you will be identified solely by your username. Please remember, however, that any information you disclose within these chat rooms becomes public knowledge. You should exercise caution before disclosing any information to other customers in a chat room, as we cannot be responsible for any information you choose to disclose to other customers.

5.12. If the account is inactive for 12months, You will receive a notification from the Company that the account will be set as ‘inactive’. Should you not reply to the notification, the account will be set as ‘inactive’ and would only be reactivated if You contact Customer support.

5.13. If Your Member Account has been dormant for thirty months, WE shall remit the balance on Your Member Account to You or, if You cannot be located, to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Malta.

5.14 We reserve the right to limit player's accounts to a maximum of £25,000 in net winnings generated within any one calendar month, i.e.: the total difference between bets placed and winnings accrued. Should a player win in excess of £25,000 within a single calendar month their account may be temporarily suspended until the beginning of the next month. Player's whose accounts have been suspended in this way may need to produce photographic identification and/or proof of them being the cardholder to re-instate the account. Further, we reserve the right to pay individual or accumulative withdrawal requests over £10,000 in monthly installments of £10,000, e.g.: should a player make a withdrawal request of £20,000, or four requests of £5,000, we reserve the right to fulfill that request/s in monthly installments of £10,000.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1. Players can request their accounts be closed down at any time by means of contacting Customer Care who will provide a closing of account letter to be signed by the player. Any accounts referred to relevant gambling problem groups will be automatically shut indefinitely. Any player showing signs of potential gambling problems due to erratic or strange behaviour will be shut down immediately.

6.2. Only account holders may control activity within their own account, however if a family member contacts us, we will conduct a detailed review of the player account and behaviour before taking a tailored approach to each situation.

6.3. You may at Your discretion choose to exclude Yourself from playing any Games on Our website. In order to block Your access to the Games You need to send an email to support@bingos.co.uk indicating your username and the length of time you wish to exclude yourself for, or alternatively simply call one of our Customer Service operators on 020 7819 9122, who will be happy to exclude you straight away.

6.4. When setting up Your Member Account You may also choose to impose a ceiling on the maximum stake You may make in relation to a Game. Should You exceed the maximum stake at any time, then Your Member Account will automatically be blocked and access to Our Games will be denied.

6.5. Should you opt for self-exclusion in the means mentioned above then You will not be able to reverse this position for at least 7 days, after which You will need to send an email to the same email address in order to re-activate Your access to our Games and re-activate Your Member Account.

7. Deposits and Payouts

7.1.1. Bingos.co.uk reserves the right to request personal documentation if needed in order to process payouts or if there are any discrepancies in the player's personal details and to use any lawful means that it considers necessary to verify the information provided by the player, by means of electronic identity checks in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.

7.1.2. The player shall not request multiple withdrawal requests with the aim of profiting from the credit of additional bonuses. Should Bingos.co.uk find any player abusing the system by taking this sort of action, or any other kind of related action that Bingos.co.uk deems to be abusive, the player’s balance will be adjusted by removing the cash that has been converted from bonuses.

7.1.3. A purchase will be void if for any reason payment is not received by Bingos.co.uk or if there is an applicable charge-back at a later date. Bingos.co.uk reserves the right to limit any player’s participation in any game, particularly in the event that a purchase is rendered void.

7.1.4. Bingos.co.uk also reserves the right to withhold payments in the case of incorrect data being submitted by the player on registration, or where the player has used a credit or debit card of which they are not the registered cardholder.

7.1.5. We recommend the cardholder to print all transaction data, the rules of any game played, the cancellation regulations and the payment methods in order to avoid any errors or misconceptions at a later time and keep these in an easily accessible place.

7.1.6.Players must inform Bingos.co.uk immediately if a credit or debit card that has been registered with Bingos.co.uk has been stolen, lost or disabled for any reason.

7.1.7. The player is also responsible for updating information relating to the registered credit or debit cards (expiry date, change of billing address, etc). The valid rules for winnings and payouts are those published in our FAQs.

7.2. Chargebacks

7.2.1. In the case of Chargebacks, Bingos.co.uk has the right to release all data related with the charge-back to the payment processor and related banks (organisations). Bingos.co.uk also has the right to charge additional fees in the case of charge-backs.

7.3. Deposits into your Member Account

7.3.1. You may participate in any Game only if you have sufficient funds on Your Member Account for such participation. The Company shall not give you any credit whatsoever for participation in any Game.

7.3.2. The Company operates a policy where the minimum deposit amount is £9 or €9 and the maximum deposit amount of £500 or €500 depending on the currency used. There are no charges made by the Company for depositing to your account.

7.3.3. To deposit funds into Your Member Account, You can use any of the methods specified in the relevant pages of the Website(s), as may be amended from time to time. Currently the following methods are available:

- Neteller

- Debit Card

- Moneybookers

- Paysafe Card

- All Pay

7.3.4. The Company reserves the right to use additional procedures, such as electronic ID verification against public records and Credit Card Verification means to verify your identity when effecting deposits into Your Member Account.

7.4. Payouts

7.4.1. The Company offer the following forms of payouts from your account: -
- Return to the Credit card (choice of which cannot be made by the customer);

- BACS Transfer;

- Return to Neteller account;

- Return to the Debit Card (choice of which cannot be made by the customer);

- Return to Moneybookers account

- Cheque payout sent to the registered address

7.4.2. Any form of outpayment under £10 or €10 will incur a £1 or €1 admin fee. Any payout over £10 or €10 is not subject to any admin charge, with the exception of BACS Transfers, which are subject to a £35 or €35 charge where the payout amount is under £500 or €500.

7.4.3. The Company will carry out additional verification procedures, such as requesting evidence of You being the cardholder in the form of bank statements for the card in question, a copy of Your passport or Driver’s License, for any payout exceeding the equivalent of EUR2,000 and reserves the right to carry such verification procedures in case of lower payouts. All transactions including deposits will be monitored and checked and ‘know-your client’ procedures performed, in order to prevent money laundering or for any activity that may be considered suspect under any applicable laws, including but not limited to Anti -Money Laundering Laws.

7.4.4. You can make a withdrawal from your account at any time via the website, by logging in with your allocated details and selecting the withdrawal option from within the “My Account” area of the site. There are no charges for making a withdrawal, apart from any applicable charge as detailed in point 7.4. You can also make a withdrawal from your account by calling our Customer Service department during normal working hours and speaking with one of our Customer Service Advisors.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. The player acknowledges that Bingos.co.uk is a commercial name and trademark that is owned in full by Netplay TV (Malta) Ltd. The player has no right upon the trademarks, the commercial name or any variation thereof, graphics, texts, concepts or methodology used within the website, games and/or services, which are the property of Netplay or its partners. The player is strictly prohibited to seize, copy, distribute or redistribute the intellectual property rights owned by Bingos.co.uk and/or its licensors. The only intellectual rights granted to the player are those inherent to the use of Bingos.co.uk, thus prohibiting any commercial use.

9. Responsibilities and Guarantees

9.1. NetPlay (Malta) Ltd and the remaining companies of the group do not guarantee: - - the absence of errors or failure in the software or in the content offered on the site; - the absence of virus and/or any other sort of harmful elements either on the site or on the servers necessary for access and maintenance of the site;
- complete safety regarding the security measures applied on the site.

9.2. Therefore, NetPlay (Malta) Ltd and the remaining companies of the group shall not be responsible for any circumstance expressed in the previous paragraph. Additionally, it will not be responsible for any damage or harm caused to players or third parties, for any reason that may be derived from the breach of the clauses stated: -
- in the current general terms and conditions;
- in the conditions defined for any game.

9.3. Independently from that stated above, NetPlay (Malta) Ltd declares that it has implemented all necessary measures within its own technological reach in order to guarantee the functioning of Bingos.co.uk and avoid the existence and transmission of virus and any other harmful components to players.

9.4. The player releases NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. as well as the remaining companies of the group, employees, directors, license holders, affiliates, advertising agencies, service providers, from any responsibility, and commits to compensate them for any costs, responsibilities and damage that may be derived from the player’s action or omission within the relationship with Bingos.co.uk.

9.5. In no case will NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. be held responsible for results that may be derived from system or communication errors during the activity of any of the games or of any of the remaining services offered on Bingos.co.uk, thus withholding the right to cancel the bets that have been affected by said errors at any time.

9.6. In the event of a discrepancy between the game results as they are recorded in the Bingos.co.uk database and that recorded by the player, the results recorded in the Bingos.co.uk's game server will be considered final.

9.7. The player agrees that is using the products commercialized by Netplay (Malta) Ltd. at his sole risk.

9.8. Netplay (Malta) Ltd. reserves the right to declare null, totally or partially, the winnings obtained by the player after the errors have taken place. In such cases, the player accepts that Netplay (Malta) Ltd. will have full rights to modify the player’s account without notice.

10. Chat Rooms

10.1. Chat Content Standards - Players may generate 'Content' (text and symbols) in chat during Games or when interacting with our Customer Service department. This kind of Content must reflect Bingos.co.uk's standards and we may remove it if, in our best and final judgement, it does not meet those standards and we may ban you from adding further Content and may terminate your Player account.

10.2. Impersonation of Other 'Chat' Players - You may not impersonate another person (including celebrities and company representatives) nor post messages promoting illegal activity nor transmit advertising, promotional materials, chain letters or pyramid schemes nor make any commercial use of our service. Bingo.com may monitor your communications on the Games.

10.3. Chat Monitoring Levels - Bingos.co.uk cannot monitor all of the Content, and we do not attempt to do so. If you encounter something you don't want to read or see in a Chat, please bring it either to the attention of our web moderators or send an email to support@bingos.co.uk . By opening an account, you agree not to hold Bingos.co.uk responsible for the publication of any Content (eg: offensive language) posted by Players.

10.4. Moderators - Moderators are there to watch over chat, provide live help support to Players and to help resolve disputes, should any arise. Our moderators have been given the authority by Bingos.co.uk to deal with any such situation using their best discretion in keeping with appropriate conduct standards and the requirements of the Terms of Use. You can identify moderators as their names will show in the chat user list and will have the word 'Host' or ‘Web’ before their names. Impersonation of a moderator is strictly forbidden and any Player found doing this will have their account closed.

10.5. Harassment - If a Player indicates that he or she does not wish to chat with you and you continue to send messages to them or about them, this may be deemed as harassment. Players have the right to be left alone and chat with whom ever they wish. Slandering other Players is also considered harassment and is not allowed. Rapidly or repeatedly posting excessively long, duplicate, single character or word per line messages, or excessive random garbage, is deemed to be "flooding" and is not allowed.

10.6. Racist / Sexual Chat Content - Racist statements are strictly not allowed in any of the chat rooms. Promotion of racism or racist groups will result in account closure. Engaging in cyber sex in chat is not allowed and will result in account closure. Posting pornographic links and sex related sites is not allowed and will result in account closure.

10.7. Drug / Drug Use Chat Content - Drug talk and promotion of drug-related activities are not allowed.

10.8. Advertising - Use of the chat or any other page of this site for commercial or non-commercial promotion or advertisement without prior written agreement by Bingos.co.uk is prohibited. Advertising services or the posting of links to other websites, chat sites or pages, which are a summary of other chat sites or competing services in public or private is not allowed.

10.9. Other Forbidden Chat Content - Discussion of illegal activities, promotion of illegal activities, carrying on of illegal activities of any kind is not allowed in the chat. This includes hacking activities, drug activities, gang activities, cyber sex with underage users, stalking, etc.

10.10. Posting Personal Details - Posting personal emails, links to private, non-commercial, web pages is not encouraged and done at your own risk. We will not take further action, providing you are not selling and the page does not contain or promote racist, pornographic, or illegal content.

10.11. Feedback - We value all feedback whether positive or negative and we appreciate the time you have taken to let us know how you feel about the site. Please send us an email at support@bingos.co.uk to tell us how we can improve our service to you. Providing as much information as possible will help toward answering your queries as quickly as possible.

10.12. Complaints - We do our best to provide fair and good service. If you have a complaint about Bingos.co.uk, please send an email to support@bingos.co.uk . Please do not come onto the chat and complain or in any other way disparage the site, chat or the games. If you have a complaint, it is much more effective to contact us directly. We make every effort to answer the majority of emails within 24 hours of receipt.

12. Fraudulent Behaviour

12.1. In the case of fraudulent behaviour (identity theft, money laundering, etc.) Bingos.co.uk has the right to inform all legal authorities (police, SOCA, etc.) and to release any and all data related to the fraudulent behaviour.

13. Abusive or Suspicious Behaviour

13.1. Bingos.co.uk constantly monitors for abusive or suspicious behaviour by any player. Bingos.co.uk reserves the right to refuse or rescind any bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, abusive or suspicious behaviour on the part of the player.

13.2. In the case of abusive behaviour, Bingos.co.uk reserves the right to discontinue the player’s membership and to prevent the player from accessing Bingos.co.uk in the future. Bingos.co.uk, at its sole discretion, may withhold or delay any payment to any player should the player have provided false or misleading information, be found to have violated any policy rule, or have not maintained their player account so as to render any purchase or subsequent winnings void.

13.3. This may also include any game that requires further investigation if warranted due to any system malfunction, in which case Bingos.co.uk will be under no obligation to pay players who take advantage of the system malfunction and an alternative award may be determined on a case-by-case basis. The player acknowledges that Bingos.co.uk do not have to give prior notice in any case of termination.

14. Bonuses

14.1. All deposit related bonuses are subject to Bingos.co.uk's wagering rules. Should any deposit related bonuses be credited manually, these will also be subject to the wagering rules. Should the wagering rules not be met, Bingos.co.uk shall be entitled to deduct the manually credited deposit bonus at anytime. Please see the Bonus area of the FAQs for more information relating to bonuses.

15. Privacy policy

15.1. We guarantee all players' complete privacy at Bingos.co.uk. All the data provided by the player to Bingos.co.uk will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to any other party without the player's permission. Bingos.co.uk will not sell, share or rent this information to others.

15.2. Confidentiality - Your data will be treated strictly confidential. In accordance with current law, Bingos.co.uk agrees to comply with its legal obligations as related to your personal data.  Your personal details will only be accessible by our Customer Care team, when dealing with your queries, our Anti-Fraud & Billing team, where your account may be checked for regulatory reasons, or by senior members of our Management team where necessary to resolve problems or issues relating to your account.

15.3. Consent - The player acknowledges her/his consent to adhere, without any exception, to Bingos.co.uk’s Privacy Policy. Such acceptance takes place during the registration process. The player commits to completing the registration process at Bingos.co.uk by providing real and exact data. On the contrary, Bingos.co.uk reserves the right not to proceed with the player’s registration, to block the player’s access or to cancel his/her account indefinitely, as decided on a case by case basis.

15.4. By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Company, the player allows the use of his/her Alias for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Occasionally, and with prior consent from the player, the Company will make use of real photos of the players for pure advertising and promotional purposes. Such details could appear on third party.

15.5. Security Measures - According to current law and in order to avoid any risk or inappropriate use, Bingos.co.uk has implemented all necessary technical and organisational measures related to data protection.

15.6. Aim - The main aim of the collection and handling of your personal data is to effective deliver the service. Additionally, it will lead to the management, administration, expansion and improvement of the service, its updating and the use of advertising relative to the service.

15.7. Communication - Your data will be shared solely to the companies within the Group. The sole aim of this communication is as specified in the previous paragraph. We herewith inform you that Bingos.co.uk is present on an international scale. Therefore, if you complete the registration process, you accept that your data may be transferred to other companies within the group, which have an international business. In the case of international transfers, the Company guarantees complete confidentiality and safety in the handling of your personal data.

15.8. Players’ rights of access, cancellation, modification and opposition - The players of Bingos.co.uk will be entitled to, and will be able to exercise the mentioned rights, by contacting Bingos.co.uk via e-mail at support@bingos.co.uk.

15.9. Cookies - Bingos.co.uk herewith informs its players that cookies are being used throughout the website. Such cookies are hosted in the player’s hard disk, but cannot read the data contained in it, nor does this enable the cookie files created by any third parties different to Bingos.co.uk to be read. The function of said cookies consists in providing an improvement in the effectiveness of the services provided to the player & contain no personally identifiable data. Players are able to avoid the creation of cookies by disabling the appropriate application in her/his browser.

16. Complaints

16.1. If You have a complaint, You can:

16.1.1. call THE COMPANY by clicking on Live Support; or

16.1.2. email customer support on support@bingos.co.uk; or

16.1.3. use the Call Back or Ticket System made available

16.2. The Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

16.3. The Company will use best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly.

16.4. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint by the Company, you can complaint to the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority :

16.5. Financial complaints or queries are handled by a specifically trained department but only during office hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm GMT.

17. General

17.1. A player acknowledges that they are responsible for declaring any taxes due to their local government as a consequence of obtaining winnings from participating in games with Bingos.co.uk.

17.2. Any funds held in accounts that are dormant, closed, blocked or excluded may be recovered by emailing our Customer Care department at support@bingos.co.uk

17.3. Employees of Bingos.co.uk and any associated company are not eligible to participate in the Games.

17.4. These T&CS are governed by the Laws of Malta and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts and/or to the rules of arbitration in accordance with the Malta Arbitration Act as administered by the Malta Arbitration Centre.

18. Official Promotion Rules

£1,000,000 - 90 ball bingo prize game on www.bingos.co.uk

  1. 1. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Sponsor (NetPlay (Malta) Ltd.), its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this Promotion, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.
  2. 2. Names and likenesses of Promotion winner(s) may be used by Sponsor and Sponsor's designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to Sponsor or the Promotion winner(s).
  3. 3. Each winner, if any, is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize(s) won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s) to the extent required by law.
  4. 4. This promotion is not open to residents of USA or Canada.
  5. 5. Entries are restricted only to the pre-purchased tickets using the prebuy function on bingos.co.uk.
  6. 6. This promotion is only open to registered users on bingos.co.uk who have made a deposit at any time.
  7. 7. Participants may purchase as many entries as they chose.
  8. 8. The £1m game will take place at various times as announced on the bingos.co.uk website.
  9. 9. Each ticket/ entry costs £0.50. Purchases must be made from a valid player account at bingos.co.uk.
  10. 10. WINNER DETERMINATION: If any fifteen (15) out of the first thirty-five (35) Prize Determination Numbers delivered by the DrawServer for a drawing period are identical to the fifteen (15) Entry Numbers in an entry file (individual ticket) then the prize will be awarded.
  11. 11. Each entry must consist of (i) exactly fifteen (15) unique numbers each from the range 01-90 digits (“Entry Numbers”), and (ii) a unique identifier for the entry such as player id.
  12. 12. In the event of two or more verified winners, Sponsor (NetPlay (Malta) Ltd.) may elect to divide the available prize among such winners.
  13. 13. In the event of a verified winner under the terms of this contract/ promotion, the Grand Prize will be payable as thirty (30) equal annual installments of £33,333.33 each, without interest.
  14. 14. This is a contingent prize promotion. Prize(s), if any, will only be awarded upon winner validation and verification by NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. All documentation supporting a prize claim must be submitted to NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. within forty five (45) days of a win. Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner(s).
  15. 15. UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED
  16. 16. This promotion is subject to the terms of the contract between PIMS/ SCA Promotions Inc and NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. under contract #46888.

19. PRIZE AWARD INSTALLMENT ADDENDUM

I. CONTINGENT PRIZE FULFILLMENT AMOUNT:

The award amount shall be that amount required to equal the sum of the following items:

1. £ 33,333.33
2. a. That sum necessary to purchase a single premium deferred annuity with annual installments of £ 33,333.33 per year for twenty-nine (29) years commencing twelve (12) calendar months from the date of the first payment as listed in Item 1 above, without interest. SCA Promotions, Inc. (SCA), reserves sole authority to purchase the annuity or annuities necessary to fund the obligations under Contract #46888, issued by SCA Promotions, Inc., from an A.M. Best rated A or A+ Legal Reserve Life Insurance Company. The selection of said company shall be at the sole discretion of SCA Promotions, Inc.; or b. other investment grade funding vehicles or financial instruments which shall be sufficient to meet the obligations described herein. The selection of said instruments shall be at the sole discretion of SCA.
II. The amount of the bond, issued herein, may exceed the maximum liability contained herein.
III. This addendum, in entirety, shall remain a part of Contract #46888, dated December 9, 2004 and issued by SCA Promotions, Inc., by and between SCA Promotions, Inc., and Sponsor.
