Bingos.co.uk Terms and Conditions

By using any of the products offered by Bingos.co.uk, the user acknowledges and accepts, without any exception, all and each one of the Terms and Conditions related to the games stated within the present document and those in Bingos.co.uk’s FAQs.

Bingos.co.uk is entitled to modify the present Terms and Conditions as well as those stated in the FAQs for every game. Any modification will not be communicated to the users. Hence, we suggest users to read them on a periodical basis.

The user acknowledges that the mere aim of Bingos.co.uk’s games and remaining services is for entertaining purposes. The user’s interest in the games and remaining services is of a mere personal nature. Any professional interest is discarded. Bingos.co.uk will solely be used for personal entertainment purposes. It is completely prohibited to use Bingos.co.uk for other purposes.

Bingos.co.uk reserves the right to prevent any user from using Bingos.co.uk’s services at any time, without prior notice to users breaching the present Terms and Conditions, or those defined for each game or specified in any other section within Bingos.co.uk.

Legal Age

In order to be entitled to participate in any of the products offered by Bingos.co.uk it is essential to be of legal age, as stipulated in the user’s jurisdiction of residence.
Minors below the age of 18 years will in no case be permitted to use any of the products offered by Bingos.co.uk.
The play by minors is strictly prohibited, not even using the account of a registered user (of legal age).

Legality

The user expressly states to acknowledge and understand the legality of his place of residence regarding remote gaming, thus declaring that his participation in the games offered by Bingos.co.uk is not being limited or prohibited by the qualified government.

Access keys

Once the user has accomplished his/her registration at Bingos.co.uk, it will be the user’s sole responsibility to use the access keys diligently.
Bingos.co.uk must be informed as soon as possible about any negative occurrence to the user regarding the access keys (loss, misappropriation, theft), in order to proceed with the deactivation. In case of the above mentioned incidents, Bingos.co.uk suggests two possible solutions to be undertaken by the user: i) Replace the user’s usual access key by a new one. ii) Type in an incorrect access key three times in a row, thus automatically blocking the account. The user is strictly prohibited to allow any third party to use his/her account. Bingos.co.uk will in no case be liable for the use of the user’s account by any third party.

Intelectual Property

With regards to intelectual property rights, Bingos.co.uk states and guarantees:

* The rightful ownership of the intellectual property rights by Bingos.co.uk and/or his licensors.

* That the licensed rights are free of any complaint, claim, burden, obligation, that its advertising is free of defamation or calumny to any person, company, association
and that it does not breach any intellectual property rights or any other exclusive right owned by a third party.

The player acknowledges that Bingos.co.uk is a commercial name and trademark, ownership of the Company. The player has no right upon the trademarks, upon the commercial name, nor on any denomination, graphics, texts, concepts or methodology used, property of Bingos.co.uk.

The user is strictly prohibited to cease, copy, distribute and redistribute the intellectual property rights ownership of Bingos.co.uk and/or its licensors. The only intellectual rights granted to the user are those inherent to the use of Bingos.co.uk, thus prohibiting any commercial use.

Responsibilities and Guarantees

NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. and the remaining companies of the group do not guarantee:

i) the absence of errors or failure in the software or in the content offered on the site;
ii) the absence of virus and/or any other sort of harmful elements either on the site or on the servers responsible of its maintainance;
iii) complete safety regarding the security measures applied on the site.

Hence, NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. and the remaining companies of the group shall not be responsible of any circumstance expressed in the previous paragraph. Additionally, it will not be responsible for any damage or harm caused to users or third parties, for any reason that may be derived from the breach of the clauses stated:

i) in the current general terms and conditions; and ii) in the conditions defined for any game.

Independently from the stated above, NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. declares that it has implemented all necessary measures within its own technological reach in order to guarantee the functioning of Bingos.co.uk and avoid the existence and transmission of virus and any other harmful components to users.

The user releases NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. as well as the remaining companies of the group, employees, directors, license holders, affiliates, advertising agencies, service providers, from any responsibility, and commits to compensate them for any costs, responsibilities and damage that may be derived from the user’s action or omission within the relationship with Bingos.co.uk.

In no case will NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. be held responsible for results that may be derived from system or communication errors during the activity of any of the games or of any of the remaining services offered on Bingos.co.uk, thus withholding the right to cancel the bets that have been affected by said errors at any time.

Miscellaneous

The user shall not request multiple withdrawal requests and their corresponding redemption flowbacks with the aim of profiting from the credit of additional bonuses. Should Bingos.co.uk find out any user abuses from the system by undertaking this sort of action, the user’s balance will be adjusted by removing the cash that has been converted from bonuses.

In the event of a discrepancy between the game variation as it is recorded in Bingos.co.uk's database, and that recorded by the user, the calls recorded in the Bingos.co.uk's game server will be considered valid.

A purchase will be void if for any reason payment is not received by Bingos.co.uk or if there is an applicable charge-back at a later date. Bingos.co.uk reserves the right to limit any user’s participation in a game, particularly in the event that a purchase is rendered void.

We recommend the cardholder to print out all transaction data, the rules of the game, the cancellation regulations, and the payment methods in order to avoid misconceptions and discussions at a later time and keep these in an easily accessible place.

Bingos.co.uk constantly looks into any user’s abuse or strange behaviour. Bingos.co.uk reserves the right to refuse or rescind the bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, user abuse.

All deposit related bonuses are subject to Bingos' wagering rules. Shall any deposit related bonus be credited manually, these wil be subject to the wagering rules too. Shall the wagering rules not be met, Bingos shall be entitled to deduct the manually credited deposit bonus anytime.

In case of abuse, Bingos.co.uk reserves the right to discontinue user’s membership and to prevent the user from accessing Bingos.co.uk in the future. Bingos.co.uk, at its sole discretion, may withhold or delay any payment to any user should the user have provided with false or misleading information, is found to have violated any policy rule, or if for any reason the user account is not maintained in good standing which may render any purchase or subsequent winnings void. This may also include any game which may requires further investigation if warranted due to any system malfunction in which case we will be under no obligation to pay users who take advantage of these occurrences and an alternative award may be determined on a case by case basis.

The user shall not create multiple accounts in general and/or referring those accounts one to another with the aim to be credited additional referral bonuses. Should Bingos.co.uk find out any user abuses from the system by undertaking this sort of action, the user’s balance will be adjusted by removing the cash that has been converted from bonuses.

The company is entitled to remove any bonuses from the users’ accounts that:

i) have been inactive during at least 15 days,
ii) requested to be closed by the client or
iii) in case of a user’s abusive behaviour.

Official Promotion Rules.

1. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Sponsor (NetPlay (Malta) Ltd.), its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this Promotion, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.

2. Names and likenesses of Promotion winner(s) may be used by Sponsor and Sponsor's designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to Sponsor or the Promotion winner(s).

3. Each winner, if any, is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize(s) won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s) to the extent required by law.

4. This promotion is not open to residents of USA or Canada.

5. Entries are restricted only to the pre-purchased tickets using the prebuy function on bingos.co.uk.

6. This promotion is only open to registered users on bingos.co.uk who have made a deposit at any time.

7. Participants may purchase as many entries as they chose.

8. The £1m game will take place at various times as announced on the bingos.co.uk website.

9. Each ticket/ entry costs £0.50. Purchases must be made from a valid player account at bingos.co.uk.

10. WINNER DETERMINATION: If any fifteen (15) out of the first thirty-five (35) Prize Determination Numbers delivered by the DrawServer for a drawing period are identical to the fifteen (15) Entry Numbers in an entry file (individual ticket) then the prize will be awarded.

11. Each entry must consist of (i) exactly fifteen (15) unique numbers each from the range 01-90 digits (“Entry Numbers”), and (ii) a unique identifier for the entry such as player id.

12. In the event of two or more verified winners, Sponsor (NetPlay (Malta) Ltd.) may elect to divide the available prize among such winners.

13. In the event of a verified winner under the terms of this contract/ promotion, the Grand Prize will be payable as thirty (30) equal annual installments of £33,333.33 each, without interest.

14. This is a contingent prize promotion. Prize(s), if any, will only be awarded upon winner validation and verification by NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. All documentation supporting a prize claim must be submitted to NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. within forty five (45) days of a win. Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner(s).

15. UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED

16. This promotion is subject to the terms of the contract between PIMS/ SCA Promotions Inc and NetPlay (Malta) Ltd. under contract #46888.

PRIZE AWARD INSTALLMENT ADDENDUM

I. CONTINGENT PRIZE FULFILLMENT AMOUNT:

The award amount shall be that amount required to equal the sum of the following items:

1. £ 33,333.33

2. a. That sum necessary to purchase a single premium deferred annuity with annual installments of £ 33,333.33 per year for twenty-nine (29) years commencing twelve (12) calendar months from the date of the first payment as listed in Item 1 above, without interest. SCA Promotions, Inc. (SCA), reserves sole authority to purchase the annuity or annuities necessary to fund the obligations under Contract #46888, issued by SCA Promotions, Inc., from an A.M. Best rated A or A+ Legal Reserve Life Insurance Company. The selection of said company shall be at the sole discretion of SCA Promotions, Inc.;
or b. other investment grade funding vehicles or financial instruments which shall be sufficient to meet the obligations described herein. The selection of said instruments shall be at the sole discretion of SCA.

II. The amount of the bond, issued herein, may exceed the maximum liability contained herein.

III. This addendum, in entirety, shall remain a part of Contract #46888, dated December 9, 2004 and issued by SCA Promotions, Inc., by and between SCA Promotions, Inc., and Sponsor.
