Q. How do I create an account?
A. Registering an account with Bingos is easy. Just click the Register Now link on the homepage. You will then be asked to fill in a short registration form to create your account. Upon successful registration you will be able to play immediately. Please be advised we can only accept one account per player - see section 4.6 in ourTerms and Condtions for further details.
Q. I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
A. Don't worry! Just visit the forgotten password link or contact Customer Support via Live Help or email.
Q. Where can I find info on the Welcome Bonuses and it's Terms and Conditions Bingos?
Q. Currently my balance is bonus funds, when will this transfer to my cash balance?
A. Until you reach your specified wagering requirement, any winnings from an active bonus will be paid straight into your bonus balance. Once the wagering requirements are met (this will always be specified in the bonus T's and C's), your winnings will transfer to cash and are therefore are available to withdraw. Track your wagering levels by visiting the "My Account" section of your account and then clicking "Promotion History".
Q. Can I cancel my bonus?
A. Yes! To cancel your bonus you need to go to the "My Account" section of your account and select the "Promotion History" tab. The bonus will have "active" status - simply click "cancel". You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation by selecting "yes cancel promotion".
Q. Can I cancel a withdrawal?
A. To cancel your withdrawal go to your "My Account" section and click the "Withdrawal" tab. Just select the pending withdrawal you wish to cancel and click "cancel". Your withdrawal will then be cancelled immediately and the funds will be added to your cash balance.
Q. How do I know if you have received my ID documents?
A. Our verifications team will always respond within 24 hours of receiving ID.
Q. How long will I have to wait for my withdrawal to be processed?
A. Once you have requested a withdrawal, it will be passed to our verification team. They will contact you within 24 hours if they need any information from you. All withdrawals requested are pending for 2 full working days and will show as "complete" once they have been approved. Once a this happens the funds will be with you within 1-5 working days.
Q. I've received a bonus code. How do I claim it?
A. Log into the "My Account" section of your account and select the "My Promotions" tab. You will see there is a box to enter your bonus code. Pop it in there and select "Submit". The terms and conditions of bonus will appear and you must click "Claim" or "Deposit" to activate the bonus. Q. I've got an instant bonus code - when will it be applied to my account?
A. An instant bonus it just what it says on the tin! Once you have entered the bonus code for it, it will be applied to your immediately. If this does not happen, please make sure you contact live chat BEFORE staking any funds. Once funds have been staked we cannot add the bonus retrospectively.
Q. Why can I not play a game/access the site? Why has my screen has frozen?
A. This could be a temporary issue with the site or could be an issue with your internet browser. Contact Customer Support first of all to let them know your issue - they will be able to tell you whether it's a temporary site error or if it's somethjing you can fix. We always recommend you try another browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox and clear your cache and cookies. Q. What are error codes 5089 and 5090?
A. 5089 error appears to players who try and register and already have an account on this site. 5090 error is displayed to those who have self excluded from one of the sites on the IP&S licence.
